Billing is pretty simple!
When you place an order with FlexPro, you choose how frequently you want to receive your meals going forward. Any recurring billing always takes place on the Saturday on the weekend before your meals are sent for delivery.
If you place your first order by Wednesday, your order will be delivered by end of week the same week. (For subscriptions with weekly frequency, your next shipment will be billed that same Saturday to ensure the next week's delivery.)
If your order is placed after Wednesday, your order will be delivered by end of week the following week.
All recurring billing for subscriptions happens on Saturday. We send orders Monday-Wednesday but please know we try to get these to your ASAP!
